The remodel project for Urban Infillers on a small mid-block lot in Seattle's Sunset Hill neighborhood. The block was built out as a post war housing development and most of the homes retain the small scale & unassuming character that was typical of the era. As the first re-development on the block, the roof lines & massing were configured to scale down the home to make it more compatible with its neighbors.
Like all of the Urban Infillers projects, the house features open floor plans, over-sized windows, access to natural light and exterior spaces, and high quality, energy efficient, green construction.
